Experienced Business Analyst- Life and Pensions

An Experienced Business analyst with an extensive background in Life and Pensions or Insurance or Telecommunications, is required to provide effective analysis on high profile and business critical projects with budgets in excess of £1m - This is purely a Business focused role not IT.

You will also be required to have a track record of mentoring/motivating and leading small teams in a BA environment.
Your duties will be:
· Designing business solutions to meet strategic objectives that comply with the corporate vision and the operating model
· Liaison with multiple areas of the business in order to identify effective solutions
· Liaison with third-party external organisations in order to fully understand business requirements and to identify effective project / programme solutions e.g. Regulatory bodies & associations, Strategic Partners, and suppliers of IT solutions.
· Defining outcomes for project and programme managers, including analysis of tenders, recommendations on third party partnerships for services or software
· Liaise with project strands to identify and resolve technical risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of a project
· Training, guiding and mentoring business analysts
