C# Software Engineer to Principal C# Software Developer- Multi-Threaded & UML - SW London/ Surrey.
UK/ British nationality due to security clearance on joining is a must.

C# Software Engineer to C# Software Development Engineer with OO, strong UML and Multi-Threaded experience- product based development. A Strong C# and Multi-Threaded development background is needed and from an Engineering, Defence, Technology or Consulting background- development opportunities realistic.
UK/ British nationality due to security clearance on joining is a must.

Essential Requirements:
·C# Software Development including multi-threading ability with full SDLC experience.
·UML experience with Object Oriented (OO) analysis and design.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Team Leading Experience and experience from a Defence, Engineering or Consulting background.
·UK Citizen/ National due to Security Clearance on joining is a must.

Desirable Requirements:
·Software Project Management
·Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other numerate subject
·Use of Design patterns
·Version control and Issue Management
·Networks (LAN/ WAN)
·Experience of working to CMMI/ISO 9001 or similar standards

Core Duties:
·Full-lifecycle software product development of marine navigation products, including analysis, design, implementation and test.
·Providing technical support to the existing software architecture team
·Project management of small software projects
·Responsibility for managing small software development teams, based locally and potentially at other development partners.
·Occasional liaison with internal and external stakeholders, potentially including the UK MOD and related suppliers
·Occasional travel both within the UK and further a field.
