Business Solutions Analyst to Solutions Delivery Analyst- OSS, BSS applications.

Business Solutions Analyst to Solutions Delivery Analyst, with the ability to capture OSS and BSS application requirements for Communications Solutions Provider.
Must be eligible to gain Security Clearance (SC) on joining; West Midlands/ Warwickshire based.

As a Business Solutions Analyst, with a Service Delivery approach, you will act as a central Point of contact within IT Operations (manage end-to-end delivery into the OSS / NMC- Functionality, Infrastructure, oversee Project and Service Delivery) to capture requirements for change to OSS and BSS applications such as Remedy, Cramer, HPOV, Geneva, MS Dynamics, EventLink and Business Objects; Remedy is essential, SDP knowledge a bonus. Development of skills and career progression are realistic as this is a new function to this business area.

Essential Qualities:
·Proven track record capturing requirements and with OSS and BSS applications.
·Strong proven experience of Capturing Functional and non Functional Requirements
·Experience of managing Change and Release Processes
·Experience of establishing cross IT and business relationships through to managing Stakeholders.
·Experience of dealing with a high number of Change Requests and managing relative priorities
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a Pro-active approach to issues

Highly Desirable Qualities:
·Exposure to a wide range of OSS and BSS applications i.e. Cramer, HPOV, Geneva, MS Dynamics, EventLink, Business Objects etc.
·Knowledge of Service Management Processes and procedures- ITIL.
·Knowledge of Financial and HR Processes and procedures
·Knowledge of other Key business processes, and how they are supported by systems (Fault, Provisioning, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Security)
·Prince2 Certified

You will co-ordinate and manage in-service lifecycle of IT services into the same client business through requirements capture and solution definition; including providing support to a number of projects through writing and supporting the generation of business cases for IT development projects (OSS, BSS) and acting as a central point of contact from the business into IT Development to facilitate the extraction of requirements, guiding requirements capture activities to include all required applications and initiating them into the relevant business areas for development and delivery.
