Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer working for a large defence organisation based in Stevenage.

You will be responsible for the production of drawings, models, assembly models , Bill of materials, engineering change notes, emails, memos related to the configured items for the allocated projects to cost and schedule as delegated by the Lead Design Engineer.

Ensuring all the MDO design engineer outputs for the project is correct to the project requirements as stated by the lead design engineer or responsible engineer.

Also responsible for the estimation and planning of the design office related tasks and manpower requirements meet those task.

You will have experience of Catia V5 3D Modelling and 2D Drafting and with extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering.
