Leading international manpower and consultancy provider, s·com Group Limited, has been awarded a registered trade mark. The s·com name will now be seen with the distinctive ® symbol next to it’s branding.
Being awarded this trade mark has considerable benefits for the brand in that improves brand awareness, equity and reputation, underlines brand strength and allows additional commercial benefits to the business.
Following a thorough process, where the credentials of the s·com brand, including assessing it’s history, heritage and possible uses of the trade mark, the mark was approved in September. The registration was managed with a team of experienced Intellectual Property Solicitors – Veale Wasbrough - who liaised with the Registry responsible, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market.
Being awarded this mark is a landmark moment for s·com, as Steve Gallucci, Managing Director for the business explains: “We are delighted, in our 30th year, that our brand name has been awarded the Registered Trade mark. It has been a long process, but it has been well worth it as this distinctive mark further underlines the strength of our brand in the industries we serve.
